Starting School in Reception

At Lakeside, we try to make the process of starting school as smooth as possible for all children. We offer tours of the school, drop in sessions and a morning with their new class, as well as additional meetings for parents. This is so that children become familiar with their new school and parents have opportunities to ask questions and find out more about what to expect.
When you accept a place at Lakeside, we will contact you with all the necessary forms and information. If you have any other questions, or believe that your child may need some additional support in starting at school, please speak to us.
